type='html'>&lt;p&gt;LED照明產業發展迅速，在中國「十城萬盞」試點示範工程的推動下，已經有LED照明市場的成效出現。但中國LED照明存在的問題不容小視，究竟LED照明適合何種道路？&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;日前，中國國家六部委聯合下發的《半導體照明節能產業發展意見》中指出，現在中國LED照明還存在專利和核心技術缺乏、產業整體水平較低、標準和檢測體系尚未建立、低水平盲目投資現象嚴重等問題。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;中國照明學會副理事長、建築科學研究院建築環境與節能院副院長趙建平表示，針對該意見，建設部將於近日啟動一項試點工程。此項試點工程與科技部「十城萬盞」試點示範工程不同，主要強調「試點」，計劃用一個半月時間在中國20條道路上進行試點，同時配合專家研討會和發佈會，重點論證LED在照明方面究竟適用於哪種類型的道路。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br type='html'>&lt;p&gt;台灣的中央大學日前發表新的研發成果，成功開發出LED高演色封裝技術，並希望台灣未來能夠在全球照明產業享有重要地位，也希望政府能夠協助台廠掌握自主專利權，為LED照明鋪路。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;中央大學光電科學與工程學系主任孫慶成說明了該校在LED封面的研究成果。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;孫慶成指出，新的技術可以讓LED封裝後產品發光的演色性在90以上，降低人們在不同燈光下察覺眼睛觀看顏色不同的困擾。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;這像技術是採用新的螢光粉光學模型，用來確預測螢光粉配方變化後產生的色溫表現。不但如此，中央大學也研發出雙色螢光粉光學模型，開發出演色性超過90的全色溫螢光粉新配方。中央大學指出，這些技術已經實驗驗證成功，具備相當低的空間色偏，可讓台灣廠商色溫控制良率提高，中央大學也會技術轉移給台灣廠商。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br type='html'>&lt;p&gt;台廠在2010年Q1的合併營收19.52億元、季減2.2%、年增83%。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;由於CCFL單價下跌，加上毛利率較低的LED封裝產品出貨比例提高，該公司Q1的毛利率下降。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;現階段威力盟LED封裝產能規模約達1.2億顆/月，預估2010年底將擴至每月2億顆。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2010年Q1，威力盟的LED產品營收比重已由2009年Q4的19%拉升到32%，CCFL產品目前營收佔比則由2009年Q4的178%降到64%，其他照明產品營收佔比約4%。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;該公司指出，由於市場產品從CCFL背光轉換為LED背光的速度很快，Q2將視市場需求情況，再來評估擴充LED封裝產能。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br type='html'>&lt;p&gt;董事長李焜耀昨近日表示，2010年集團營收比2009年的180億美元成長22%。可望超越2007年的220億美元水準，突破新台幣7,000億元，創下歷史新高。同時，要匯聚集團內各企業的技術，擴大明基（BenQ）品牌範圍。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;據悉，友達2010年前七月合併營收已達新台幣2,790億元，比2009年同期大增68%，今年可望突破新台幣4,000億元、甚至挑戰4,500億元。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;據了解，友達今年筆電面板將100%採用LED 背光，液晶顯示器面板的LED背光比重也達25%，高於業界的10%，預估2013年就可達100%，帶動隆達前七月營收達新台幣46億元，年成長率高達7.5倍。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;李焜耀指出，集團內部各個企業，在不同領域都有先進技術，可以應用到終端產品上，希望未來要再加強、整合集團綜效，讓BenQ品牌不只是資訊科技產品，而是「生活品質（Life type='html'>&lt;p&gt;生產的大功率LED照明燈，日前通過了全球產品安全測試及認證的領導者的測試，成功打入美國市場。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;據科磊得公司董事長助理黃梅介紹，科磊得進入美國市場的優勢在於，其產品解決了點陣光源成像出現重影等不足，智能診斷的LED路燈可依人流車流和周邊光線情況，對LED燈亮度進行調控，讓美國人很放心。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;黃梅還透露，儘管歐美國家在晶片和市內LED的推廣上擁有很強實力，但在室外LED路燈方面涉足不深，所以，中國的LED路燈擁有廣闊的國際市場。但她也強調LED路燈技術必須過硬，才能進入國際市場。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div type='html'>&lt;p&gt;日本在日前舉行的SEMICON Taiwan 2010 展會上，推出精良的LED藍寶石基板的薄化（DGP8761）和鐳射技術。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LED藍寶石基板的薄化，可減短LED製造相關的加工步驟、實現環境負荷的減低；透過全自動化，減短加工步驟、降低破損風險、減低環境負荷之製程。在雷射技術上，DFL7340所擁有的隱形切割，對加工物內部用集光使其形成變質，使用膠帶expander進行晶粒切割的切割手法，不賦予加工物機械性負荷、不使用水的乾式製程。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;同時，在TSV封裝方面，推出HC
